Before coming to the RLI Conference, I faced many internal and external trials. My life was inwardly full of fears and outwardly plagued by freak accidents and life-threatening diseases. I contracted Rocky Mountain spotted fever and nearly broke my neck in a “freak” car wreck where I was rear-ended by two cars crashing into me at a stoplight. Even though I had given my heart to Jesus when I was five years old and had grown up to have a family and a career, I had little recognition that God truly loved me and that He could overcome the negative things in my life (such as years of verbal abuse). Thankfully, my sister invited me to RLI, and I would like to invite any of the readers of this communication to come to the RLI conferences as well. What God did for me in restoring my life, He can also do for you.
In restoring me to the person God created me to be, the Lord mightily used the RLI conferences and team members in my life from 2015 through the past Fall in 2017. I have participated in the Restoring Your Life Conference, Root Group, and Freedom Reigns – each time receiving more healing from the Lord, especially in inner healing and spiritual deliverance. One of the major breakthroughs that occurred in my life is healing from “dissociation” where I would fall into an almost trance state and not react to people or my surroundings. The deaf & dumb spirit had affected me due to generational participation in occult societies. Praise the Lord! I now am free of this! Another powerful healing in my inner emotional life was being set free from the ungodly lie that I should not have been here. My parents wanted a boy and called me by a boy’s nickname. I was set free from that “lie of the devil” by the Mother’s Love and Father’s Love ministry at the Conference, and by the deeper inner healing ministry at the Freedom Reigns seminar. Root Group helped me “walk out” my freedom by making godly declarations over my life. During Freedom Reigns, my entire life “made sense” for the first time.
I now trust in these Scripture promises and instructions concerning God’s truth:
Ephesians 2: 10 —workmanship of God
Romans 8: 35, 37 —Christ’s love in all circumstances
Ephesians 4:29, 31, 32—interpersonal relationships
Psalm 30: 5, 11, 12 —after a time of weeping and mourning, God turns life’s circumstances into godly joy, that we may praise Him in both “seasons”
Ephesians 3: 20 —God’s power can do exceedingly abundantly beyond all we can ask or think.
Each person has his/her own set of trials, but Jesus is more than able to be victorious over them all. I am grateful that God has used Restoring Lives International in my life —to God be the glory!
