The greatest blessing in your life is the gift Jesus has given you through his death on the Cross.  There is no better place than the first few chapters of Ephesians to see the blessings you have been given through Christ.  Let these blessings penetrate your spirit as you read them!

You are Chosen  For He chose us in Him before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in His sight.  Ephesians 1:4

You are Adopted   In love He predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ.  Ephesians 1:5

You have been given Grace  to the praise of His glorious grace, which He has freely given us in the One He loves. Ephesians 1:6

You are Redeemed – In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us. Ephesians 1:7-8

You Have a God-Given Destiny – In Him we were also chosen having been predestined according to the plan of Him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of His will.  Ephesians 1:11

You are Sealed (Holy Spirit) – When you believed, you were marked in Him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance.  Ephesians  1:13-14

You Have Been Given the Spirit of Wisdom – I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know Him better.  Ephesians 1:17

You are Called to Hope  I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in His holy people Ephesians 1:18

His Power is Made Available for You – …and His incomparably great power for us who believe.   That power is the same He exerted when He raised Christ from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly realms.  Ephesians 1:19-20

You are Created for Good Works – For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.  Ephesians 2:10

You are Brought Near to God – But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ  Ephesians 2:13

You have Access to God the Father –  In Him and through faith in Him we may approach God with freedom and confidence. Ephesians 3:12
