Michael, Bryn & Kari's Amazing Story
In the winter of 2002, our daughter Kari came home from college suffering from numerous physical and emotional diseases. Over several months she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, attention deficit disorder (ADD), bipolar disorder and a number of other physical and emotional health issues. We were spending over $2,000/month seeking help from a number of doctors, therapists, and counselors. We also went to many prayers and healing lines - all to no avail! We were scared, discouraged and running low on hope. We just kept crying out to God to help us and then we found the book "A More Excellent Way" which changed our lives forever.
Kari skimmed through the book, found out about the "Health and Healing seminars" and was so encouraged by what she read that, before we knew it, she was on her way to Thomaston, Georgia* to attend the "For My Life" seminar. While attending the teaching and ministry, God touched Kari in a mighty way and one week later she came home healed and restored physically and emotionally! Since then NO MORE DOCTOR VISITS, MEDICATION, OR COUNSELING and Kari continues to walk in complete healing! Currently, she is studying for her PHD in Physics and teaching high school.
Overwhelmed with thanksgiving to God for His healing and restoration in Kari's life, Michael and Bryn began to have renewed hope for her healing also.
For 23 years Bryn had been suffering from a number of illnesses, including chronic fatigue, numerous food, chemical and environmental allergies, heart and gastro intestinal problems, severe learning disabilities, ADD, dyslexia, depression, emotional torment, phobias and fears. And this is the short list! She was ill and in bed throughout most of our married life. Our family never knew what it was like to have a healthy wife and mother.
Following Kari's healing we attended the health and healing seminars in Georgia several times. Bryn was totally healed! She now walks in a fullness of life and freedom she has never known before! Now there's no more pain, fatigue, learning disabilities, depression, allergies, fears, doctors, chiropractors, medications, supplements or alternative medical modalities.
Bryn's life has changed forever. She was 54 years old when God, through His love and goodness, touched and restored her mind and body! She can now exercise, read, study, teach at conferences and other events, minister to the sick and hurting, travel, direct Restoring Lives International with her husband, Michael, and enjoy being a healthy and healed mom/wife! She now leads a VERY active and full life!
Needless to say, Bryn's and Michael's lives changed forever! Bryn was 54 years old when God, through His love and goodness, touched and restored her mind and body. She can now exercise, travel, read, study, teach at conferences and other events, plus minister to the sick and hurting. Michael is very blessed to have his best friend healed and restored! He and Bryn both lead very active and full lives together, directing Restoring Lives International and enjoying the freedom God has brought to their health, marriage and family.
The birth of Restoring Lives International: As Bryn's body and mind began to heal, we knew that we needed to bring this God-inspired teaching to our family and friends in Cincinnati. We couldn't stop sharing what God had done for our family. As we shared and ministered, we began seeing many other people's lives healed and restored.
In early 2004 we founded the ministry now known as "Restoring Lives International" based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since then we have held conferences in Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus, and have witnessed many hundreds of people healed and set free. We currently have a very active ministry team of over 100 other healthy, healed individuals who were once sick and are now helping others receive hope and freedom.
Our passion is to help spread the good news and help others walk into the abundant life God intended.
