Organizational Structure of RLI
- Senior Pastors: Bryn and Michael are licensed pastors through "The River" ministry, located in Sacramento, CA.
- Senior leadership Team: This working advisory team of 12 dedicated leaders meets regularly to oversee the organization and growth of RLI.
- Volunteers: Currently we have over 100 volunteers. Our volunteers are a network of people comprised of many denominational and social economic backgrounds. This is an amazing group of people who serve unselfishly. They all want to give back because they have received so much.
- Restoring Life Conferences: These conferences serve as our foundational teachings. They are where people receive the most healing and restoration. They consist of eight days, 35 hours, of in-depth teaching, group and personal ministry.
- Root Groups: These are 12-week Restoring Life Conference follow-up groups. They consist of teaching, small group support and ministry.
- Restoring Life Seminars: These consist of two or three days of introduction to our foundational teachings along with some group and personal ministry.
- Advance Life seminars: Advance teaching and ministry for those who have attended our eight-day Restoring Life Conference.
- Volunteer Equipping and Training: We offer extensive equipping and training for the many different ministry volunteer opportunities;

- Our Advisors and Accountability: We believe that it is important to have a group of people whom we can go to for guidance, counsel and support.

- The River: A network of apostolic resources to train, equip, empower, license and ordain men and women to build the Kingdom of God, in Sacramento, CA.
- Barbie Breathitt: Breath of the Spirit Ministry, in Dallas, TX.
- Lynn Ruhl: Lynn is a successful Cincinnati business owner and nationally sought after teacher and Life Coach to ministries, church leaders and businesses.
